UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY - run fsck manually

/dev/mapper/ubuntu-vg-root :UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY - run fsck manually

1. Go to grub option 
2. choose Advance 
1. then go to recovery mode and type "fsck -f /dev/sda1"

Type Y when it promt to select (y/n)

and restart the system
